Here’s this month’s update…
Diving
The next club dive will be the winter tour leg 4 at Stoney Cove 24/25th February. See the web site for details. All are welcome. We’ve reserved a space in the waterside carpark so if you don’t want to get up at the crack of dawn you will still have a base for your kit! This is an excellent opportunity to keep up the practice, ease into a new season or maybe have your first ‘proper’ cold water dive! As ever, please let the dive organiser know if you intend to go so we can organise the weekend as best as possible. There should be plenty of help on hand from experienced club divers for those who want it, so don’t be shy!
16th June, Scilly's dive trip: Places are starting to get booked up on this trip so visit the dive calendar for more details if you are interested. Diving is with Moonshadow Charters. Scilly’s offers great UK diving so don’t miss out!
Booking dives. We believe some emails to the dive organisers, probably sent through the web site, may have been lost resulting in people not getting confirmation of bookings etc. Please continue to book places through the web site email links. We believe the problem is now sorted but as a guide, you should expect to get a response in no more than 1 week. If you don’t it may be advisable to re-send.
Full Dives. If you are interested in a Dive but it is listed as FULL on the web site, please register your interest with the organiser. Spaces often become available and they are offered on a first come, first served basis to those on the reserve list.
Social
The 2006 Photo Competition was a great night (Jan 15th) and well done to the winners and runner ups. Check out the winning entries.

Next meeting
The next club night is Monday 5th February at the Black Boy.
Early Notice: The MAY meeting will be held on Monday 14th May, I.E. the 2nd Monday. This is to avoid clashing with the very popular Babbacombe diving weekend and Bank holiday.
